Do you come to birthday parties?
Yes, but not in private homes. We offer Private Event Packages that are perfect additions to celebrations at restaurants, our partner locations, or any indoor, public event space. Our Themed Packages are available for private events (as well as corporate and community events), and recommended for spacious facilities such as community rooms, recreational centers, skating rinks etc. since they require space for characters and attendees to move freely. What area do you serve?
We serve the greater Twin Cities area and western Wisconsin. Depending on your location and nearby cast availability we sometimes include a travel fee to account for time and mileage. Contact us for an estimate.
What events do you have coming up?
Can we take photos at your event?
Yes, by all means, and we’d love to see them! Share them on our Facebook page or email them along!
You took our photo at one of your events—where can we find it?
If it’s not in our Facebook galleries, feel free to send an email with the event and what we’re looking for (outfits, etc) and we’ll see if it turned out for you.
What if there’s bad weather on our event day?
We want to make sure everyone is safe and that your event can be a success—we’re happy to find a mutually-agreeable time to reschedule if the case of bad weather or other force of nature.
Do you have a nonprofit discount?
We offer discounted rates on meet-and-greet packages for nonprofits and schools. Contact us for details.
