Private event packages include:

  • The character(s) for your chosen amount of time
  • A character attendant to announce and assist the characters
  • Plenty of photo opportunities so you can capture the memories
  • Character-led activities (as space and time allow)
  • A special ceremony (guests become Honorary Royalty, Galactic Heroes, etc.)
  • Gift for the birthday child/honored attendee if appropriate
  • Personalized planning ahead of time to customize the experience to your event

20-Minute Character Greeting Package

Great for restaurant waits, portrait sessions, cupcake outings, trip announcements, or making a moment extra special. Recommended for family outings or small groups.

30-Minute Character Celebration Package

Great for birthday parties, weddings, showers, holiday gatherings, etc.

***Please note: Private events must take place in an indoor, public setting such as a restaurant, community event room, birthday venue, etc.  To make your planning easier, we also partner with event locations that love having characters visit.

Events outside a 15 mile radius of Hudson, WI or Woodbury, MN may require an additional travel fee.
